NICKERSON, Ms. Angeila Shaurice - Age 26, passed away Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI. amily hour 10:30AM Tuesday, July 25, 2006 at Greater Friendship Azusa Church of God In Christ, G-5165 Detroit St., with funeral service commencing immediately at 11AM. Supt. Birdies Shields, Pastor. Interment River Rest Cemtery, G-4413 Flushing Rd. Friends and pallbearers will assemble at the church 10:30AM Tuesday. Ms. Nickerson will lie in state in state in the Chapel of Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home, 906 W. Flint Park Blvd., and may be viewed from 12Noon-8PM Monday. Ms. Angeila Shaurice Nickerson was born February 13, 1980 in Flint, Michigan at Flint Osteopathic Hospital, the daughter of Pamela Patrice Holmes and Ronald Jay Nickerson. She resided in the City of Flint, where she graduated from Carmen Ainsworth Adult High School. She was a Certified Nurse Aide and was employed by H-Care for 6 years. Ms. Nickerson was a member of Greater Friendship Azusa C.O.G.I.C. She loved being a mother to her 4 sons. Angeila also enjoyed cooking and keeping her family together. She was a very outgoing young lady with strong family values and a loving personality. Ms. Angeila Shaurice Nickerson leaves to cherish her memory: 4 sons, Brandy, Domarius and Domondrick Green and Reco Griffin, Jr.; special friend, Reco Griffin, Sr.; parents, Pamela Patrice Holmes and Ronald Jay Nickerson; step-father, Everett Broaden of Detroit, MI; grandmother, Lee Burton; 6 sisters, Nakia Nard, Courtney Marks, Alexus Broaden, Monique Sibley, Patricia Elmer and Serquaria Owens; 4 brothers, Ervin Marks, Jr., Domnique Wright, Byron Owens and Ernie Johnson; 7 nieces, Cabresha, Jasmine and Kerria Nard, Aaraya Marks, Alishia Elmer, Tiara Perry and Tera Ladd; 8 aunts; 6 uncles; Ms. Angeila Nickerson was preceded in death by her father, Ervin Marks, Sr.; grandparents; brother, Curtis Wright and brother-in-law, Bryant Earl Nard. The family would like to express special thanks to nurse, Carla of McLaren Regional Medical Center, all of the ICU staff at Henry Ford Hospital, Judge Yullie, Sgt. Shirel Smith, officer Goouel, Sgt. Booker Moore.
